Visa Information: If you need a visa to travel to the USA for the conference, please send an email to ppc2022@physics.wustl.edu and we will send you an official invitation letter. We suggest booking an appointment at your nearest US consulate as soon as possible, because visa processing can take a while.
Financial Support: Depending on the outcome of an external grant proposal, we might have limited funding available to partially offset the travel and/or lodging costs for a few participants. Preference will be given to junior participants (students/postdocs) with no other means of support. If you need financial support, please send an email to ppc2022@physics.wustl.edu, with a brief statement of need and the exact USD amount you are requesting.
Refunds: We will be able to refund for cancellations until May 15. After May 15, there will be no refunds.
Wifi Connection: You can connect to the WashU Wireless Network with eduroam (using your host institution credentials) or with wustl-guest (limited bandwidth access that doesn't require a login). More details.
