WashU Physics Graduate Open House
The Graduate Open House will include four activities that will directly bring together the faculty and prospective graduate students.
1) Presentations on our departmental research thrusts between 1:00 pm and 2:45 pm on Friday. For this presentation, we need at least one talk for each thrust, but more than one would be more than welcome if there is interest.
2) Meetings of prospectives and faculty between 2:45 pm and 4:30 pm on Friday. Depending on the oversubscription factor, these could be one-on-one or group meetings.
3) Dinner arrangements with prospectives, faculty, and graduate mentors at 5:30 pm on Friday. Each attending faculty will be matched with a combination of graduate mentors and prospective students.
4) Lab tours between 10:30 am and 11:45 am on Saturday.
