Physics Spotlights

In the Department of Physics, we believe that celebrating achievements fosters growth and discovery.

Spotlights are our way of celebrating the outstanding work and contributions of our students and researchers, based on nominations from faculty, staff, and peers. Our goal is to cultivate a community built around celebrating and uplifting the incredible stories, breakthroughs, and inspiring work we see everyday. Whether through groundbreaking research, inspiring collaboration, or exceptional achievements, we want to recognize the diverse ways our students and researchers are making an impact in the field of physics. Nominations are not limited to research accomplishments – we encourage nominations meant to highlight any aspect of work or life that deserves recognition.
