Henriksen promoted to Professor of Physics and honored with Dean’s Mid-Career Research Award

Erik Henriksen has been promoted to Professor of Physics and has received the 2025 Arts & Sciences Dean's Mid-Career Research Award.

This award recognizes exceptional research and creative accomplishments by faculty who have recently achieved the rank of professor. Recipients are selected through a competitive process involving review and consultation with the Arts & Sciences Tenure and Promotion Committee. 

Erik Henriksen's experimental condensed matter research laboratory utilizes state-of-the-art nanofabrication techniques in combination with measurements made at low temperatures and high magnetic fields to explore both the fundamental electronic structures and emergent quantum phenomena of low-dimensional materials.
