Progress in developing a geomagnetic rigidity cutoff for ISS-CALET's Ultra Heavy Analysis

Wolfgang Zober

CALET, the CALorimetric Electron Telescope, is an ongoing cosmic ray experiment on the International Space Station. CALET measures high-energy electrons and nuclei, and gamma ray photons. In what may or may not be preparation for my qualifier, I am presenting my work on creating a trajectory dependent geomagnetic rigidity cutoff for improving the analysis of ultra-heavy nuclei events in the ISS-CALET observational dataset.
